Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on perishable goods, such as baked cookies and other food items, once they have been baked and prepared for delivery. However, if you realise you've made a mistake with your order before it has been processed, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@cookie-courier.co.uk and include your order number and proof of purchase in your email. We will review your request and determine whether a refund or exchange is possible.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund and apply a credit to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.). Refunds are typically processed within a few business days, but please allow some time for the funds to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, we recommend following these steps:

Corporate & Bulk Orders
For corporate orders or bulk purchases of five or more boxes, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been made and the order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming large orders to ensure accuracy.
Exchanges
If you need to make changes or exchange an item before it has been prepared for shipment, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been baked or shipped, exchanges will no longer be possible.
